Returns/Exchanges

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. 

If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@homegeneratorsplus.com immediately and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Our suppliers are excellent about returns, and we may be able to expedite the process by shipping it to the right place first. All shipping will be covered by us so don't worry about that. We'll email you the proper shipping labels or reimburse depending on the manufacturer. We want to get the right thing out to you ASAP so that will be our goal.

 

 Cancellations & Returns:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  I

If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items complete, unused, and in their original packing within 30 days of receiving them for an exchange or refund.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
For quality issues, we will give you a full refund or one-time free replacement within 30 days of receiving the items.
Refund:
After you return the product to our warehouse, we’ll issue the refund within 2 business days.
If you don’t receive the refund after 2 business days, please contact us via returns@homegeneratorsplus.com

Warranties:

All of our suppliers offer great warranties. Make sure to check the warranty for your particular model which can usually be found in the description on our site as well as the manual included with your item. And be sure to register with the manufacturers right away. We want you to get the best coverage possible!
